"Good location. Golf cart is a plus, but unfortunately can not be left close to the condo so you still have to walk to get it and drop it off in order to use the golf cart. The place is comfortable, but could use a deep cleaning. Noted the shades in the bedroom falling off, lots of dust and spider webs. The screens for the slider doors falling off, not very functional. Beautiful views from the patio. Enjoyed having the air fryer. Would stay again. "

"This was a great property. The interior was clean, well stocked, had a fantastic view of the beautiful harbor. The AC worked well, the hot tub was great for our group. We chose Catalina on a short planning window and the property choices were limited and this was great, albeit a bit cramped for 5 grown people once the sofa bed was folded out. We appreciated use of the golf cart and explored all over Avalon on it."
