"Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. Thoroughly recommend."

Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. "An old but very comfortable stay, rooms are small but sufficient. Quiet area with a simple breakfast included, this property is on a great location close to quirky shops, cafes and Sydney Cricket Ground, not expensive and I will return. "

Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on.
