Everything was perfect, clean, nice, homey. We booked it for 2 people, but not for a couple. Ad says it sleeps 4, we could not find a pillow or blanket for the futon.

I hesitate to say too much about how nice this place is because I really want it to be available for our next visit to Austin! LOL!! We travel quite a bit and this little gem is now among our faves! Beautifully appointed, very comfortable (that bed!!), and has everything one needs for an easy, enjoyable stay. Love the location which is close to everything on 1st St, Congress, and just a quick drive to downtown. Scott is a gracious and friendly host, always quick to respond to communications, and at the ready if you need anything at all. We will certainly try to stay here again on future visits and highly recommend this great little place to anyone visiting Austin.

This was for sure one of our best VRBOs. The photos looked nice, the place was even better in person. Close to LOTS of stuff in the area as well. The yard was awesome to hang out in and the neighborhood is solid. Really, really happy with this rental.

We travel to Austin several times a year, and this was by far our favorite location! Cute house with everything we needed, and close to downtown. Walkable to lots of restaurants and activities. Hosts are fabulous to work with too!

We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was fully stocked - appreciated the blow dryer and bathroom essentials. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The bed and pillows were also very comfy.

Amazing Spot!

This has become my favorite place to stay when visiting Austin. It’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, the place is clean, and the host is super friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!

Super comfortable, very clean, well appointed, excellent hosts

We wish every vrbo rental was like this one! Our hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Even loaned us their bag chairs to use at a music festival we went to, which were total lifesavers. The rental was so clean, I even felt comfortable going barefoot inside, which I usually am not comfortable doing. The place was well appointed with every thing we could have needed. Bed was super comfortable & the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe.

Fun in SoCo

The location, neighborhood and the property itself were all perfect for us. Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip.

Everything about this property and the owners is elevated and TOP TIER. My sister and I get away together very infrequently and were met by the kindest, most gracious hosts (including fantastic dinner recs), and a darling apartment! Everything we needed for a perfect sister weekend!

What a gem!

My son and I had a delightful stay at this adorable, comfortable guest house. The house is well appointed with fluffy towels and comfortable beds. My son slept in the study on the foldout and found it comfortable as well. Home instructions were clear and I met Scott the owner who was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
