"The AC went out in the dead of summer with temperatures outside above 100. The poor staff onsite had no plan, no guidance, and no real options to provide guests. This was an epic failure of senior management and corporate for putting their people and guests through this dilemma."

"The nicest gentleman named Collin was able to get me checked in and shared some great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We ultimately ended up eating at the restaurant in the hotel and the chef at the Garrison was top notch.. it’s a must to stay and eat there anytime you are in Austin!!!"
