"Clean room, lovely staff"

"Yes room was spotless but very small. Didn't lile that you could not wslk around the bed as it was jammed against the wall. It was a very comfortable bed, fab pillows."

"If you want to be in proximity to Times Square, but at the same time not deal with the full craziness of the area, you can't beat this location. The rooms are small but smartly laid out, and the hotel in generally has a very calm vibe. My only issue - and hopefully this was just a real unlucky coincidence - is that the fire alarm went off twice in three days. The first time was just after 3AM, and the second was around 8:30 AM the following day. "

Colazione fatta con prodotti ottimi e di qualità, unico appunto sulla colazione: non molto varia e con le mancanze, secondo me importanti, di waffle, pancetta e prosciutto. Tutto il resto presente e ottima selezione di dolci"

"Really lovely stay and everything was good overall. The hotel could improve the toilets in the rooms, as they don’t flush very well and clog quite easily. One day we didn’t have water from the taps for about an hour — possibly due to old pipes. It was frustrating to have to wait, but the issue was resolved. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful."
