Staff is very friendly and accommodating, rooms are well appointed and clean, it feels warm and welcoming. It is wonderful to have this kind of dependable hospitality right in the center of Manhattan. Great job!"

"Don’t don’t check in late night and be assigned room 303. It is half the size of their normal room and should not have been made into a room. The rest of the rooms are all the same size and also very small, not meant for more than one person or an intimate couple. And it is the size of a small cruise ship room. It’s a great hotel otherwise. Recommend for singles or couples that have been together a while and don’t mind hearing each other in the bathroom. Lol"

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."

"Great spacious room for our family of 4. Usually NYC rooms are tiny with no room to put your luggage or items in the bathroom. These rooms were meticulously planned out to maximize space in both the room and bathroom. The hotel was not only newly remodeled but one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Conveniently located in/near Times Square, theatre district and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. We’ll definitely stay here again."

"My wife and 2 kids (13 & 11) had a great trip. It was a heat wave in New York while we were there. The air conditioning was on and there was a lovely scent when welcoming you back to a very clean and beautiful hotel. Location was 1/2 a block from Time Square which made everything very convenient. I would recommend for any family."

"Our room was clean and quiet. We arrived early and they waived early arrival fee so we had access to room early. Close to Central Park and subways. Will definitely go there again when we visit . Also had snacks available and a nice wine and cheese event in the evening."

"In general, its an acceptable to poor option, location is exceptional, staff is not at its best, as soon as we arrived, we didn't feel a warm welcome by the members at front-desk. After getting our rooms, staff knocked our door insisting we had a luggage that was not from ours which was not true and absurd since they were the ones who brought our luggage into our room, but staff member was insiting for an inexisting gray bag, we heard the same situation in rooms next to us. Rooms look modern...
