"Great stay! Very quiet and peaceful area, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The food is really good as well. We had dinner as well as breakfast, portion size is very agreeable. Highly recommended for those looking for great views and peace and quiet."

"This is a lovely property. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Bed was very comfortable. AC in rooms. Did have washcloths. The drinks in the lounge are expensive. $16-18 per drink, these only have 32 ml of alcohol in each drink so a double can add up. We did the preset meal at the restaurant on the property. It was just OK for the price of $90 pp. The bikes that are available to ride around the property need to be updated."

"Lovely staff, lovely rooms and a beautiful view from the property. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Cannot fault our stay at all. Will happily stay here again without question. Thanks to all staff for their hospitality."

"Very nice hotel. The room was well appointed. We had a nice dinner with great service despite it being near closing time. The buffet breakfast was also quite good. The only negative was that we had to leave the window open to cool the room (no a/c) and at 07:00am, a garbage truck loaded a filled garbage container and the construction crew working in the hotel started tossing construction materials into the emptied skip (right below our window)!"

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"The stay at the University of Galway was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. It is a 30 minute walk to the city center, but a bus stop is nearby. The water pressure on the shower was quite strong. Otherwise, the stay was excellent."
