"All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good and could be altered to suit different tastes. The bus service to get into town is a short walk from the hotel. It is not the best hotel and it is not the worst hotel by a long way but it suited us and we look forward to our next visit."

"This is a quaint hotel opposite the water just like a fishing village you see on television shows, we had a one night stay was a last minute booking as we were travelling through the area. The room was spacious, clean and located part of the hotel is a pub and the restaurant food and service was excellent. "

Both the evening meal and breakfast are delicious with a good selection of food and drink. Can highly recommend dining here. Thank you especially Angie the morning breakfast server. "Hotel was ideally placed for access to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. Shower is great. Sports Bar downstairs was lively, but not intrusive. Food was lovely, however, staff were a bit slow."

"Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way. "
