"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."

"一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數"

"First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby.
I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot."

"The apartment was exactly as pictured. Robert was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortable. Parking is just 10 stairs to the apartment."

"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！
驚きました。
最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。
エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、
自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。
迷子になりかけましたが、
幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、
やっと使い方を理解できました。
一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが…
こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。
お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。
外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"We’ll Switzerland is very expensive so we had to settle for less. It’s clean and walking distance to a couple restaurants and also in safe areas! Small but did the job. Hotel staff very nice."
