"Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

"Cons The property looked much better in the photos than in person. This seems like it's a hotel/motel. There was no phone inside of the room. Pros Neutral location and not to far from Denver. The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly."

"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"The only good thing I have to say was that parking was the only good part of this hotel. The staff were non emotional and all looked unhappy. Never once was there a smile on anyone’s face. If you asked a question, it was answered as short as possible. The room was terrible. The extra door lock was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only 1 usable outlet, and it was dangling. The sink had a huge crack in it. I kept socks on because I didn’t want to put my feet...

"Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...
