"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"

"Overall a nice place to stay. Large room. Unusual decor. Comfortable bed. Good location. No real amenities. No room service, bar, restaurant, morning coffee service. Had to walk to get coffee every day."

"Excelente ubicación céntrica a pie de estación de tren Nord Como y la de autobuses. Un Carrefour y farmacia a la puerta. Habitación amplia y baño nuevo. Buenos productos de aseo. El pequeño frigorífico, la hoja con informaciones prácticas, y las cajas en el lobby con cosas prácticas, 3 pluses. A mejorar el enlace web para registro de entrada que solventó con diligente eficacia el personal y un ligero olor a tubería."
