Lakeviewcabin - King Room With Balcony

The Room is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. For those who enjoy walking, the Old Town of Como is also reachable following a panoramic path (approx. 45 minutes walk) alongside the lake. The Italian/Swiss border is very close, just 4 km from our property, Villa d'Este just 1 km.

Perfect location and amazing view

We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again.

Anniversary European Vacation

STUNNING VIEWS!!!! What an incredible property. Davide is so nice and helpful. Ferry to Como just steps away. Close to grocery store with everything you need. Como is absolutely walkable along the pathway with tons of shopping and restaurants. But honestly just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and taking in the expansive lake views and listening to the sounds on the water is all I needed to relax and have one of the best holidays of my life. Thank you SO much!

ITALY 2023

Overall we had an amazing stay in Lake Como. Host was extremely kind, and very thorough regarding property and options for dining and ferry options for getting around. We were upgraded to a different unit than originally booked which included a better view, but was a bit less private than the original unit. The views from this property are AMAZING! There is a market very close as well which makes it easy to get waters, snacks, wine, etc. We would definitely consider this property again the next time we come to Como.

Relaxing Retreat with Awesome Views

After traveling thru Europe for 3 wks this was the perfect place to chill and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Davide was a great host and gave us tips on how to use the ferry to get to Como & Bellagio. Very convenient location to everything and away from the crowds.

Beautiful Lake View

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location is perfect, with a short walk to a grocery store, restaurants and the ferry to Como. Davide was a wonderful host and very attentive to our needs. Overall, the BEST!

Absolutely loved our stay! Davide greeted us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the place and Como. Gave us great recommendations. It is so close to the ferry stop and an easy walk into the city. The views are so spectacular! Wished we stayed longer I couldn’t recommend more!

Lovely Lakeside Views

We enjoyed our stay at this lakeside cabin. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would warn any visitors with mobility issues that there are a lot of steep steps leading up to the room- unsuitable for mobility-impaired visitors. This should be mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, it was a lovely and peaceful location convenient to the ferry stop.

We really enjoyed our time staying in Como. The location was perfect, easy walk into town and ferry located just minutes from the entry to the property. The property was very clean and surroundings were beautiful. The host was extremely helpful in getting us familiar with the town and navigating around. We will be back in Como and would absolutely stay at this property again when we return.

This place is beautiful and has everything you need! We were in Italy for 2 weeks and this was our best stay! Right next to the boat so very easy to get to all of the other towns. Walking distance to places to eat!

Amazing view, good base for Como visit

Very neat apartment, but the main thing is the view even from inside. Good base for exploring and eating out, as the kitchen is rather basic. Nice terasse. Big and comfy bed, very nice bathroom. Main drawback is the noise from the road underneath, which is busy

Très bonne situation, vue magnifique sur le lac, proche du centre de Côme, Proche d’un embarcadère, proche de l’autoroute et du Tessin. Très bon accueil de Davide qui est très disponible et serviable.Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, location à recommander.
