"Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Towels were replenished daily. We felt very safe here. Convenient location. Excellent coffee shop just up the road (Perk and Play)! Washer and dryer on sight. Cons: Not completely able to control the temp of the room. During the day the room felt comfortable but every night we burned up. Location is right beside a busy road so we heard traffic all the time. We would stay here again though."

"We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay"

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "Nice hotel"

"Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again."

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."
