"Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around
Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

"I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there.
To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. "The room was okay but the carpet was old and torn. The tub was nasty and moldy around the drain. I wouldn’t take a bath. The bed was nice and clean with fresh sheets and the refrigerator was clean. Overall, the room was not worth the price. This was a two star room with Three star price. Beware!"

"The condition of the room itself was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling and bowed noticeably when stepped into. The bathroom ceiling appeared to be a patchwork repair job, and the walls throughout the room were in desperate need of fresh paint. The coffee maker did not work, the body wash dispenser was empty, and one of the pillowcases was stained (yellow).
