"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"My daughter and I stayed at this property while she was working on her private pilot's license at Lincoln airport, and I telecommuted. This lovely house did not disappoint! Super clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen so I could cook. It was also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the community rec center.
