"We love it here! We’ve stayed before and we will return! Great set up in the chalets, perfect for us with 2 kids. Walking distance to the big carrot playground and into town for restaurants, bakery etc. 25 min up to Turoa and less than an hour to whakapapa. The chalets are easily heated, cosy and well maintained. "

"I really like the ambiance of the house. Although after a long day; walking up and down the stairs were a challenge for sure 😂😂 We genuinely loved it though! Wish we stayed longer!! "

"Was typical camping ground cabin. It was great to be able to book it for one night because that was all I wanted. There were no inconsistencies with how it was advertised and what it was. The manager was very pleasant and helpful."

"In Turangi for a few days fishing with a mate great for two blokes with own bedrooms and ensuites one upstairs one down off the garage. Does sleep a couple more on a mezzanine above kitchen but not ideal unless young and fit lol. Possibly a bit dodgy for older folks or younger kids. Good clean unit with all ammenities.
