"We love it here! We’ve stayed before and we will return! Great set up in the chalets, perfect for us with 2 kids. Walking distance to the big carrot playground and into town for restaurants, bakery etc. 25 min up to Turoa and less than an hour to whakapapa. The chalets are easily heated, cosy and well maintained. "

"Aircon and towel rack had been turned on before check in. Owner and staff are super friendly. The room was clean, well maintained and very warm for our two nights in August. Nice view from living room and balcony. Heated pool and hot tub are nice too. Shopping centre and restaurants are nearby. Lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club is just across the road and our 3yo enjoyed a morning walk and playing at lakefront. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend to couples and families. "The owners are kind and gracious hosts. My trip was more spontaneous, and they did an incredible job in helping me put together a wonderful visit to Tongariro. The bed and bedding are excellent. The cedar hot tub is wonderful after a long day out. Most of all, the peace and quiet was great."
