"Hotel com ótimo custo beneficio. Fica colado ao Terminus e a regiao é boa, diferentemente de outras cidades onde as proximidades do terminal de trens é lugar ruim. Café da manhã bom, equipe receptiva, quarto com boa cama e banheiro otimo."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing except for the sewer smell in the restroom. I would book again for the price and area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane! "

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
