When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. "The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I am unable to comment on it. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance (kind of a long walk) to the Naples Architectural Museum and a short walk to the central train station. There aren't too many great restaurants in the immediate vicinity as it appears to have alot of poorer immigrants from North Africa who don't seem to have alot of money to go out although they were friendly.
