"This was very clean, well kept, exactly how it was described on the website, close to a meter station and bus stops. the ONLY downside was the liquor store on the corner that attracted lots of loitering close by and some homeless looking beggers that seemed permanent. was comfortable after dark and would not have wanted to be here if i was alone. other places close by but didnt have the loiterers.."

"Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room. Pluses: bathtub is excellent. Full size fridge was great. Local dining was fantastic. Diversity of people and cultures. Minuses: for a new hotel should have USB charging ports. Window shades do not keep out morning light. Should have room darkening shades. Should be a king bed, not queen. These minuses are minor. This is a must-stay destination. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Baltimore! The property is spacious and relaxing. We loved the authentic Baltimore vibe. The rooftop deck was a real treat. Conversation with a few drinks while taking in the city skyline after the Orioles games was one of the highlights of our trip. "Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! "

"Everything was wonderful - the boat was just as described, even wit a few extra touches that meant a lot - snacks, water bottles, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of hangers, and the SUPER clean, just to name a few! We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!"

"We loved the apartment, it was as it appears in the photos, a cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with a cute common area. We unexpectedly needed to have a 3rd person join us. The host was kind in approving the addition of a 3rd person to our stay. We greatly appreciated their generosity and compassion.The only downside to the apartment was that the drain in the bathtub was very slow and left a couple of inches of water in the tub by the end of a 5 minute shower."
