"The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!!
When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service".
This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 1* hotel. This hotel does NOT come with the concierge, the facilities, decor, or top notch service that all 4* hotels offer. This hotel offers absolutely nothing. The staff are miserable and unhelpful.

"The Hotel in very new (newly renovated recently). The hotel staff were excellent (especially Quinn). The location is in a alley, but it's two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral and other major attractions. The breakfast buffet is fresh and good. We enjoyed our four nights stay and would definitely come back again."

"The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, all the seating was stained, lighting is very dim, and the street is extremely noisy- no sound insulation from old quarter. you can hear conversations clearly all thru the night. i would never recommend staying here. i had to leave after the first night and booked another hotel. "There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards.
I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms. "

"This was one of the best experiences and stays on my trip in Vietnam! Staff is soo accommodating and extremely kind.
