"My stay was 9 days in December, the host Ross was very resonsive to needs and questions. The location was ideal for my trip to access both downtown and areas of midtown via a short uber ride. There is an amazing dinner called Jackies just about a 5 min walk away. The mattress was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on.The cabin itself was a little rough around the edged in places as you would expect from a building of this age and some wear and tear that could use some touch ups but...

"This is a basement apartment that is completely dated. I pulled back the bedding to find multiple large hair balls on the bottom sheet obviously hadn’t been washed. The bathroom has no hot water to the sink so it is terrible for hand washing. The shower hot and cold water are reversed so when you think you are turning it to hot it is actually cold. The TV has no local channels and could not be turned on using the remote. "

"This small cottage was great . It was just big enough for a couple. You can park your car right in front of this specific unit making easy to unload groceries and what not . Communication is great . I asked very specific questions before I rented all were answered quickly and I booked just as quick. No smoking in the units themselves but they have a awesome dedicated smoking area next to the fire pit. One thing tho theres dog poop on the grass it hides under the leaves. I couldn't figure out...
