"Airport shuttle is good and punctual "

"Great Clean refurbished rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for an early flight to the airport. The added bonus of a free shuttle & parking also. Despite reviews of negative comments it was way better than expected with new renovations. Would stay here again. "

"After a long haul journey and arriving from overseas at 2am, we were grateful for the free airport shuttle bus and 24 hour check in at Airport Gateway Hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating and we were able to arrange for a late check out, the night before, due to our jet lag.They kindly gave us extra coffee and milk, upon request. It was nice to be able to get filtered, chilled or bottled water at reception from the dispenser and reception. We enjoyed our stay and will come back."

"I waited at the 'buy shuttle ticket' point and then the shuttle didn't stop. I then went to the correct place and had to wait for the next shuttle. "

"We have stayed at this property many times. Parking is great, and it is close to shopping centres, although we do use ou own vehicle. The porperty has everything we need, comfortable bed and is tidy and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great, and a good way to start the day. Recommend for anyone who has their own transport available."
