"Mona was quite a host for our booking and was very friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had an issue about the main entrance door, after we had after checked-in. I had to wait for other people to access the building as the owner did not provide the key. "

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. "This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"Extremely clean and beautiful views! Would stay again. About an hour and a half from Grindelwald and a bit less to Lauterbrunnen. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. One of the dinner spots stated open till 10pm so that was amazing. "

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "

"The apartments are in a perfect place with lake access, nice dining, great ferry and bus connections which are right outside the door. Quieter than the city and provides a great way to unwind and relax and head into town when you need to. The apartment itself is very comfortable and stocked with games and books if that is of interest. Store next door provides ample options for home cooking. Don’t touch the ATM with a barge pole. "The chalet has the most amazing views of Lake Brienz. The house is very spacious; our family was able to all have our own space. There are three levels with bedroom down from main floor and two bedrooms up from the main floor. Loved the balcony off the upstairs bedrooms.Highly recommend!"
