"The man at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming. My daughter stayed here to break up a 16 hour trip home from grad school. She arrived around 11 pm from a 10 hour drive and ordered door dash. The reception man was disapproving of this and made it very clear. She felt very unwelcome. "The rooms were clean. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and we slept well. But, I absolutely did not like being charged $35.00 to park in their garage. After paying over $300.00 for one night, and being older, retired folks on a fixed income, that did not seem very fair. Lynne"

"Room was decent, large and enough amenities for a cheap hotel. Don’t pay the $30 parking fee, plenty of on-street parking. Breakfast was horrible. Rubber scrambled eggs, awful potatoes, one of the worst “free” breakfasts I’ve ever experienced, don’t bother, coffee tolerable. There’s a McDonald’s a mile down the road that is almost as bad but at least the egg McMuffin is better and the coffee is decent. Our room on the third floor looked out on a barren landscape that had visible irrigation but...

"The hotel had a driver that if available would drive us to a place within a certain vicinity and James was wonderful and always available when we needed a ride. We had parked in an off site garage that was cheaper called....SpotHero and saved$100 in 3 days but couldn't use the car until we were ready to leave Nashville. This was not a problem for us.....and we could choose the garage that we wanted. One was directly under the hotel Canopy with security."
