"Last minute booking. Good location, clean, good service."

"We stayed at the Sylvan Park Boarding House in Nashville this weekend, and y’all…what a find! First of all, the location. We loved Sylvan Park. So many great restaurants nearby, sidewalks and bike lanes, mature trees, green space—it felt like an actual neighborhood instead of just a place tourists sleep between trips downtown. "We stayed at The Iris because we were attending a concert at The Truth. We were able to check in early and had time to visit downtown Nashville before the show. No front desk but easy to check in over the phone with excellent customer service. Quiet area with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The room was very unique with beautiful artwork painted on the walls and very clean. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown and super close to...
