"Für mich war der Aufenthalt genau das, was ich mir gewünscht habe! Ruhig und idyllisch, in der Natur, gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und respektvoll zugleich. Sie halfen mir sogar aus, wenn ich meine gesundheitlichen Bedürfnisse nicht ganz selbst erfüllen konnte - das ist nicht selbstverständlich und ich bin sehr dankbar. Ich gehe sehr gerne wieder nach Grengiols!"

"Een verzorgd en aangenaam verblijf in Fiesch. De eetruimte en zithoek zijn gezellig en uitnodigend, de bedden zijn comfortabel en de douche is uitstekend. De keuken is wat gedateerd, maar volledig uitgerust. De eigenaar liet weten dat er binnenkort een nieuwe keuken zal worden geïnstalleerd. De communicatie verliep vlot, met steeds snelle en duidelijke antwoorden via mail. Het uitzicht over het dal is prachtig, zeker met het avondzonnetje."

"We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but our first room had a very strong urine odor. Most likely a pet from a previous stay had urinated on the carpet. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the housekeeping manager came to inspect the room but said she could not detect the smell. The hotel did respond by arranging for the carpet to be cleaned and shampooed, so we stayed in the room that night. Unfortunately, around 4:00 a.m., both of us woke up because the urine odor had become...
