"I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. "Great customer service at the front desk. Rooms are clean and modern. Only down side is that the restaurant noise and customer smoke can be smelt from the rooms if you open the balcony doors. Well we need ventilation."

"The staff was warm and friendly. They also provided excellent suggestions of good hikes and ways to spend our days in the area. The rooms were small but adequate. They also had a great barbecue and dinner at a very reasonable extra charge. The property was very pretty and well maintained."

"Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "
