CAMERA: we have a doorbell camera on the outside. This is the only camera. We use this for security purposes and to monitor guest count.

Evaporative cooling - An evaporative cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, swamp cooler, swamp box, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. Swamp coolers are seasonal, they work during summer months only when temps are not freezing.

The Condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Our stay was great! House was clean! Location was perfect for what we needed! Close to Expo New Mexico. Parking was a little tight for the vehicle we were in, Dodge 3500 double cab but it would be perfect for a normal sized vehicle. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was above satisfactory. The kitchen floors were a bit sticky and had to be rinsed over. Every time we walked in area we hear our slippers sticking to floor slightly. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and we bought more.

Convenient Location and Good Experience

The condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and Interstate 40. Taryn (Host) was very responsive and communicative to correspondence and questions. Access and other instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything we needed - I loved the sharp and functional Pioneer Woman knives. The King size bed was very comfortable and the unit had plenty of clothes storage and space. The price for the unit was reasonable for a 2 BR unit. I tried to extend my stay for two more weeks but the unit was already booked. I would stay there again.

It’s definitely bare minimum

It’s definitely in the middle of the Ghetto which made me understand why they have it gated with code entrance. It’s a nice size apartment. White clean sheets. Just keep in mind everything from the cheap tissue to the limited towels it was definitely thrifty. As of communication it took a day for a basic response. Perfect for a quick stay but would not recommend for more than a day or so. It’s for sure a big company that owns the facility vs an individual would be more accommodating. Overall it’s a clean apartment but very much like a college dorm. Ladies bring your own tissue you’ll thank me.
