Beautiful Custom Tuscan 3,000 Sq/ft Home W/Pool

Experience the Land of Enchantment in Tuscan Luxury. This Custom Built Home with New Modern amenities is nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Located in the highly sought after Northeast area of Albuquerque on an acre of land just minutes from the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park.

This beautiful home is 4,000 sq/ft & split into two completely different living areas. Our guests will have the 3,000 sq/ft separate living space all to themselves. This space includes 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Fully equipped Kitchen, Large Great Room, Private Pool and Hot Tub. (pool is closed during winter months) Owners live on site in separate living area and are available if needed to cook or provide laundry service. Guest will have complete privacy in their section of the home and no space is shared. (The 4th bedroom is 12X10 converted master closet that we remodeled and added its own private entrance off the front deck area.)

Located minutes from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Sandia Tram, Sandia Casino & Roadrunner train station that will take you to the heart of Santa Fe. Less than 15 minutes to Old Town, Beautiful Bosque, Fabulous Restaurants & Malls. Less than a 1 hour drive to Santa Fe and Santa Fe Ski Resort.

Start your day off with a cup of coffee on the deck looking out at a gorgeous sunrise as it kisses the Sandia Mountains good morning . Enjoy watching the Balloons from the West deck off the private master suite. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine by the private pool/hot tub or up on the deck watching a one of a kind Land of Enchantment sunset.

Cook a meal in the kitchen fit for a chef. Enjoy family or friends in the large great room with 20' latilla ceilings, kiva fireplace and double French doors that lead out to the covered patio and pool area. Relax by the firepit and watch the mountains turn watermelon (Sandia) color.

Nestle into your luxurious master suite with a one of a kind spa like master bath. Turn on the fireplace and soak your cares away in the 7' jacuzzi bath. Or wash your cares away in the custom shower with double shower heads + a rain shower.

Watch TV (Living Rm & all Bedrooms) Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime plus high speed internet.

Plenty of Sleeping accommodations-King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a full size bed in secondary room off master suite, two queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms downstairs & couch that coverts to bed in living room.

Pool & Hot Tub will be closed during the winter months.

Property was perfect for our visit to ABQ. We had 11 adults at the house for the holiday weekend and everyone had a relaxing time. There was the pool, hot tub and deck area to relax in/on. Large table to play games and have meals at…living room sat 7 people if you wanted to watch tv. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of mountains too.

Our two sons and our grandchildren enjoyed the home very much. Beautiful well kept home with room for 12 of us. Beautiful view out the back of home and the upstairs master. Enjoyed the outside hot tub, fire pit and basketball area. Hosts were very helpful and available if we had questions. They even brought sidewalk chalk over for the younger kids.

Had a wonderful family getaway to this beautiful home. The location is perfect allowing for Mountain views and beautiful sunsets. We love great atmosphere Christie and Ron’s place provides allowing us to relax and enjoy time with family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

Ron and Christie were super helpful with showing us around and making us feel at home. They were always available through the app and even texted me when the wifi went out to let me know they were working on it, before i even noticed it was out. Their hospitality was great and the clean-up process was considerably quick and easy compared to some rentals. Only thing I would recommend is to label the light switches in the house. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out what turns what on/off. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience! Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious! The hosts were by far the best! Meeting them was amazing they’re very humble, caring, loving and all about making sure we were taken care of while we stayed! I definitely will stay there with my family again! We had the privilege of staying at Christie and Ron’s home and it did not disappoint! Photos don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed and more, and was a perfect place to have a family gathering. The kitchen is second to none, the backyard space was amazing for swimming, enjoying the many tables, chairs, and spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked and clean, and lots of room to eat, drink and be merry. Plenty of towels for the pool, floaties, and warm and bubbly set jacuzzi. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I met my extended family at this beautiful house and was so happy with the experience. My son asked me to tell the owner how beautiful the “mansion” was. The pool was was perfect - we spent 5 hours one day in the hot sun. We were having too much fun. The owners were so lovely and responsive to our questions. We couldn’t ask for better hosts!!! You will not regret booking this house - you will want to come again.

The house is beyond beautiful…but the owners are amazing! They were easily available to us for any of our questions or needs, yet respected the group dynamic and did not come over…although we were happy to say goodbye to them in the driveway! It was a wonderful trip! Everyone in our party were so blessed and grateful for this magical stay!!

Such a wonderful stay at Christie and John’s beautiful home! Owners very responsive to our needs and questions and home is very spacious. Super clean and communication very thorough. We enjoyed the property - pool was too cold the first week of May to really use more than a dip but appreciated the choice, only one lounge chair. The owners do live in half the house although we didn’t really notice other than coming and going and you have to ask to do laundry as it’s shared with them. This is a nice house on a big lot quiet neighborhood but for 3 couples and a single the bedroom configuration was a bit awkward as one of the bedrooms is actually the master bedroom closet which there is a door to the closet but it is semi open to the master bedroom so either the person in there has to go outside to the downstairs bathroom or into the master area. Also there is no where else to hang clothes I. The master except the “bedroom”. Also note the master is on the 2nd floor and an elderly couple was going to come and that wouldn’t have worked well for them. Had some issues getting the hot tub at the right temp and owners were gracious and brought us breakfast but was a downer several days. Several things were in need of repair and the coffee make being the largest annoyance even if they provided a keurig and pods. When 7 are staying individual pods with mostly weird flavors was not as expected. Kitchen was lovely though and had everything needed to cook a meal with spices etc if needed. We did sleep really well on the master bed and linens were nice Overall it’s a nice place could use a little extra attention to small details but for the price it was a good stay

Great property in north Albuquerque. Huge kitchen area and wonderful outdoor space with a pool and hot tub. Owners do live on the property but are in a separate space and kept to themselves unless we needed them. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Great view of the hot air balloons during the ballon fiesta. The location is also very close to balloon fiesta park.

We came in town for a family wedding but also wanted it to feel like a vacation. The location, view, pool and house did not disappoint. The owners were so sweet and even left little treats for us upon arrival. They were great communicators and we didn’t even remember that they also lived on site. It felt like our own vacation home. Best trip for our family.

We spent a week at the property and had a great time. Ron and Christie were wonderful hosts and were available for any needs. The property is amazing and we especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and basketball courts. The views are spectacular and we were able to witness some amazing sunsets and lightning storms from the balcony. We hope to do it again next year!!

Overall, it is excellent and we were very, very happy with the property. The owners even brought an Aerobed for some kids to use so we didnt have to be in the same room.
