Come visit the Vacation Rental all others are measured by! This cozy, single story home is centrally located in the beautiful and safe Northeast Heights of Albuquerque.

Tin Can Alley is walking distance from the home. (Restaurants, Breweries, climbing gym, Entertainment Venue) Starbucks, Flying Star coffee and desert shop, Trader Joe's, Kroger (Smith's), and Albertsons are all conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of the home. Don't forget to try the world-famous Dion's Pizza, Vintage Bar/Restaurant or La Reforma Distillery that are just a 5-minute drive. If you love to golf or gamble, Sandia Resort and Casino is a short 10-minute drive away. The city's best park, North Domingo Baca is within walking distance of the home. The park includes a large grassy area, play equipment, a dog park, tennis courts, handball courts, and a walking path. The majestic Sandia Mountains are just a 10 minute drive You can hike, bike, or take a ride on the world-famous Tramway. The home is also conveniently located next to I-25, making it easy to access the I-25 Movie Studios, Downtown, Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Casino, the Convention Center.

This single story three bedroom 2 bath, heated and cooled sunroom, 2 car garage home is located in a very established, safe, and quiet high-end neighborhood.

Enter the living room and experience a smart TV and comfortable leather couches and plenty of seating for a large group.

Fix dinner in the beautiful kitchen with all the supplies you would need to prepare a meal. Free "New Mexico Pinon" coffee is provided for all guests.

Relax in the primary suite that is equipped with a King sized Organic Cotton bed with luxury linens for your enjoyment and comfort. Soak in the full garden bath in the master bedroom with a nice deep soaking tub for your enjoyment. This room has a smart TV.

Have your morning complimentary coffee on the shaded serine patio with seating for 6 or in the beautiful heated and cooled sunroom. This room also has a twin daybed with trundle for extra sleeping space along with a desk for work at home.

Extra guests can relax in the first bedroom that is equipped with a high quality queen sized bed. Luxury cozy linens are provided for your enjoyment and comfort.

More guests can relax in the third bedroom that is equipped with two twin sized beds.

All Bathrooms are equipped with Spa quality invigorating shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and soft and thick towels for your comfort.

Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Balloon fiesta fun!

It was a really wonderful stay, there was 7 of us and was very cozy and comfortable. Was close to the balloon park, casino, restaurants, shopping. Was great!!

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Perfect Home and Location for Fiesta Balloon Park

The home was as advertised. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to Fiesta Balloon Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Nice gas range for cooking. Outdoor grill was a plus. Nice outdoor, private patio. Jake, the owner, was pleasant to speak with. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again when returning to Albuquerque.

Great Host

Jake was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. He was sincere and nothing was ever guess work with him. Check in was super easy and the house was stocked with all amenities +! Even after checking out he called to be sure an extra pillow found by the cleaning lady didn’t belong to our group. Everything was perfect!

Perfect

I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering!

My family and I were in town for the annual Gathering of Nations festivities. We truly appreciated the tidiness and layout of this beautiful home. Location is perfect, neighborhood is lovely and neighbors were super friendly. Thank you for allowing us to visit and stay.

Clean spacious home on a quiet street

Recently spent 2 nights here, traveling with 3 adults and a small dog - the home was spacious and very clean, the street was very quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard with adjacent sun room was a very good feature (including the dog run on the side). Will definitely stay in this home again next time we're in ABQ!
