"After a few hectic days in Kyoto we started to relax on the 2 1/2 hour train ride to Amino. The hotel shuttle picked us up as previously arranged.
The hotel has only 8 bedrooms, all with sea views. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The food is excellent; we had the Japanese meals but some western dish are available."

"five star service. incredible value in restaurant. staff the best ever encountered in thirty countries around the world. owner needs to invest in updating interior finishes and in more maintenance staff. deep cleaning needed in all rooms especially top-down dusting from high spots. owner needs to invest in new mechanical systems (air conditioning, in-ceiling heating units). owner needs to invest in updating built-in bathroom plastic vanities. The showers and baths were an added bonus as we didnt know that it would include the hot bath, really good to come back to that after a long day. Staff was super friendly and there was a music venue right next door, although we had other things we wanted to do so we weren't able to go.
