The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The food was extraordianry and the grounds beautiful. Unfortunately flooding and rain had taken pout the AC. So we cut our stay short. They were very accommodation and I would recommend. "

"I had two separate 1 day reservation (not by choice) which would have made us move rooms. I tried online to have them combined but was told is was not possible. The check in person was able to do it when we arrived which saved us a ton of trouble because the next day we were leaving on a tour that was going to last 8 hours making the luggage situation a problem. That saved us a lot of stress, not what you need on vacation. "

"My stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the downside, one of the elevators was out of service, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The wait times were very long, and when an elevator finally arrived, it was often already full. The amenities were also a bit underwhelming—there was no hot tub, and the pool was quite small. Breakfast was another disappointment. I expected a better variety of fruit, but the options were limited to apples and oranges, with pineapple only...

"I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I previously stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t enjoy myself like I did at...
