Room service will clean and make one side of the room and leave the rest unattended… They did it the first time,we thought it was a mistake but repeated same yesterday ,means that’s just who they are. "Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning.
