"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "
