"Ciao!!! The room eas very clean and beautifully decorated. The property is very well located near to the electronic escalators to go into the historic center and depending on the room provides great views of iconic buildings. Very convenient service of complete breakfast to the room. Simona, the owner, was very kind, accesible (always in contact making sure everything was great w our stay), and as a local very understandable of Siena's particularities helping w directions & transit permit."

"The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa.
We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks.

"GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy.
