"My family and I spent 3 days at this hotel. The hotel was not cleaned. There was hair everywhere; the shower, floor and bed. The towels were soiled and had stains in them. We had left food that was covered on the desk and came back to an ant explosion. One night the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. The staff was friendly, but the breakfast was unappealing. "The rooms were just perfect for our needs. The facility is close to IMS and the IMS museum. The only downside was one night had a MMA event in the event center and there was insufficient parking for those staying at the hotel. We had to park in the fire lanes. Staff were mainly friendly, not sure if housekeeping don't work Sunday's but l had declined cleaning due to very late night check in Thursday night and noone ended up coming at all (didn't find out till we got back to room late evening). Not much in way of amenities but decent place to stay if you need accommodation near the airport."

The property itself has a great location close to the city however, in the parking lot there is glass from broken car windows, and the landscaping has not been maintained.
