"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

"Everything was great!!! outside of not having much food near by that didn't close at 9pm. "

The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"We got our room, door was opened. Our bed wasn’t made nor was trash taken out. We notified the front and it wasn’t going to be done for another 20-30 minute. After our first night we noticed the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic which is a fire hazard. We didn’t want to touch it. "

"Breakfast was different than advertised and was not good. Staff said due to low staff the restaurant was not open. Room smelled like mildew, visible signs of water damage."

"The staff was pleasant over all! There was only 1 wash cloth for 2 people and when we requested another one they never brought it until we asked again the second day. There were spots on the toilet and the floor. There was half of a roll of toilet paper and no extra so we had to ask for that too. The locks on the outside doors were very loose and almost falling off. Over all it works in a pinch but I will probably stay somewhere else next time. "

"Filthy hotel. Filthy sheets pillowcases tub and towels. Toilet seat not attached to bowl. Phone had missing buttons. "

"Property seemed to be in a safe residential area. Not the cleanest place but not super dirty either. It’s an okay place to stay if you need to spend the night but not sure I’d recommend it over other nicer hotels. The place could use some improvement but overall I don’t regret staying here."

"There was blood on the sheets, a hole in a wall, and no hand soap. Definitely would not recommend. We stayed here for one night and it was loud at night and the light from the hallways seeped in around the curtains so the room never got fully dark. It was also loud from the nearby highway."
