"Arriving you have to climb 8or so steeps and there was zero help with the luggage. Then you have to drive your car to a parking lot which is 5 minutes by car (as so many one-way streets) and then 5 minutes walk back. "Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"
