"Friend, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the sky bar was closed 2 nights for private functions which was a disappointment. "

"Absolutely wonderful. I stayed twice, on the beginning of my trip and when I returned to fly back to the US. The staff was amazing A special thanks to Ami who helped with check in and out both times and a very special thank you to Jelly who assisted on the concierge desk with many recommendations. I’m returning to the hotel March 2027. Thanks to all, especially Jelly!"

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop pool is perfect after a hot day. For real, the staff welcome you with a cold drink and a cloth to wipe your hands. We left and came back a few times while we did excursions to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they welcomed us back each time. On our last day they lined up by the car and waved bye. It was such a wonderful experience. "

"I was skeptical when booking because the photos posted from the property looked like renderings maybe but it was truly as advertised. Really had great experience with the staff such as Lily and Rose who all knew what my travel plans were for each day and trying to make the experience special. I put 9.8/10 when I checked out but looking back it was a 10/10 experience, maybe just knocked off the 0.2 for how hot it is outside which isn't the hotels fault haha."
