"The property is great, so convenient to the airport. The staff that I interacted with in person was excellent, no question. However, I have to note that my repeated attempts to contact the hotel failed. These attempts were through multiple calls to two different phone numbers (from Expedia reservation confirmation and from hotel’s website) and via Expedia chat and via the WhatsApp chat originally initiated by the hotel’s reservation office. A four star hotel needs to be more reachable."

"This is firmly a four-star hotel, and it shows everywhere- the lobby, the staff, dated bathroom fixtures, and a mostly vegetarian buffet. The breakfast scene felt particularly off, with guests in pajamas and even putting their feet on chairs, which really lowered the overall experience. Keep your expectations low especially if you are coming from the US. "
