"Great location, beautiful room. Hope the next visit is longer than one day."

"Humorously, this hotel advertises itself as “Brisbane’s five star luxury hotel.” It is not!! It is a three star Holiday Inn at best. I had a club room that smelt like a locker room. The room smelt of mildew and the furniture was old and worn. The faucet in the bathroom broken and barely functioning. The location is great. Unfortunately, the hotel is not. The only thing five star about the hotel is what they charge for their old and smelly rooms. This is not a luxury hotel!!"

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"We always stay at this hotel, we like the kitchen and large windows. It's always clean and the staff is wonderful.👍"

"The place is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom could be a little more brighter in fact the whole place is a little dim lighting. The downside of the apartment hotel system is the size of this place 74 floors! And over half are long term apartment hence you have half the people on holiday and the other half are residence type. The elevators can take some time given the number of people that stay there."

"Hotel is in good location. Front rooms facing Brunswick St are a little noisy. Paid extra for a balcony room which was a mistake. It was on the first floor with a pretty grim outlook. Room also seemed to smell a bit which may have been from previous guests smoking on the balcony. Otherwise the hotel was okay."

"Room was a little out dated, needs to be refunished with more modern items, especially the bathrooms. We had a bath with shower combo and was difficult to get in and out without handles near by to hold and sometimes slippery when wet. Staff was helpful in any questions asked, breakfast was satisfactory with options."

"This was a great Hotel to stay at and would stay again. Amazing staff, nice and quirky/historic, and great location."
