"Great reception staff.Our room had a fantastic view. Loved the central round balcony on the inside with the huge chandelier. "

"Big uphill walk to the train station. Apartment needs updating. Construction going on outside. Slippery tiles at the entrance. No clear signs out the front to find the tower we were staying in. Not enough toilet paper, or sugar in the room. Balcony was great and kitchen was roomy."

"I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"Property was nice and clean, good walking distance to Queen Street, eateries, groceries, and public transport. One issue we had was the property called us a few days ahead to confirm the reservation. At this point we checked about hiring a cot. However, when we got there we asked about it and it’s like there was no note of our conversation ever existing, so they said they would send one up to our room. "Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However the TV was lacking in options (it is hard to believe you don’t have Netflix access or some other apps) and the main TV had a shadow coming down from the top left corner. The fridge leaked some water on to the floor. Also as our room faced Elizabeth St the live music from Irish Murphy’s was quite noisy until midnight each night."

"Loved our stay at Atrio. Staff went above and beyond from initial booking to looking after our bags between check-out and our scheduled flight. Friendly, responsive, attentive and accommodating - 5 stars and thank you for making us feel so welcome! Location was also fantastic, we were within walking distance of everything we intended to do during our stay (and Jacorey cafe downstairs was a very convenient highlight).
