"We loved the location of the hotel. We chose the “Level” upgrade which we felt was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We can’t give full marks however only because the hotel is beginning to be a bit “tired” - including the rooms. It is due for a refresh.
We would still recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Bilbao."

"Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,"
