"スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです"

"I sent an email earlier requesting for early check in because I was travelling with little kids since 4am. Firstly, I didn’t get any response to my request. Secondly, the hotel asked me to pay if I wanted early check in. So unfair. I have had better experiences at other hotels"

"Excelente atención, muy buena ubicación"

"After an awful check-in (they use a machine that requires a QR code that I was not sent by Expedia) the rest of the stay went fine. The place has clearly tried hard to make ecological choices. "Great location and very fun atmosphere with lively bar and activities like pool and other games at the bar area."
