"It was construction till 5 o'clock and the lobby was closed. It was not mentioned before booking and the day before departure they send me an email and informed me. During days and nights I could hear the voice of underground train constantly and it wake me up during nights. Overall I don't recommend there to anyone."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a request or issue they solved it right away. The hotel room was somewhat dated and there were small surfaces that we could tell hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in a long time, like the outlets on the side of the headboard were very dusty. We had to ask the front desk for our room to be cleaned because housekeeping hadn’t come for 2 days. Overall it was fine for what we needed."

"I liked how it was a quick check in and the extra blanket we needed was delivered without any issues. The only thing they need to improve is the coffee in the room. I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock and they offer Nespresso which is so good. We ended up buying coffee outside of the hotel ."
