There are only two elevators- hence long wait times. To make things worse one went out of service and was not fixed for days! 3. The location was terrific, close to Sparks Street, parliament buildings and downtown."

"Came to the Hard Rock in Ottawa to watch Ron White at the casino, so decided to stay the night here as well. Big beautiful brand new rooms, comfy beds, big shower and quiet. The casino floor is downstairs and in the back- is the concert hall, so this was a great spot. Casino is new and there is a ton of machines and tables in there. We ate at the hard rock for dinner- smash burgers were good- I’ve had better but the food was descent. There are afew restaurants and a snack bars in the casino....

"I think it would be helpful to know I’m booking a room where the window is facing a no sunlight and just a wall. I had to keep all the lights on even in the day since it was dark the whole time!"

"I recently stayed at Hilton Lac-Leamy for two nights with friends and would rate the experience 4 stars. The hotel itself is beautiful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are stunning, the property is well maintained, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
