"After living in this hotel with my family of 4 for 7 nights, I like how convenient it is, with various food options and the train, metro and bus stop right by the hotel. Popular places like chinatown, surry hills and george street are just a bus/tram ride down. The airport is only an 18min train ride away, which is very accessible."

"Room was a bit stuffy as the windows would not open and the ac did not seem to get the air down to the set temp. Bathroom was abit small and the old style tub a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. "

"The hotel service in general is excellent. The only thing i have noticed is the resturant, while i was waiting for my voffee to go, i have noticed one if the resturant staff wasing the used juice cups and coffe cups by just rinsing them under running water witout washing them. This is unhealthy way of washing and cleaning."

"Easy walk to Domestic airport or a short walk to Mascot Station going to CBD. We were also met by helpful reception staff (Esther). Also, we had a really good rest from a tiring trip - our room was sound proof, a great bed and a mini lounge. "

"We have always stayed at this hotel. Was previously the Marriott. Dissappointed with the lead up to our stay. Our original booking was cancelled with no reason nor notification. Breakfast was included in our deal but at checkin told we were told that it wasnt included. Luckily we took a screenshot of the confirmation booking where it was stated Breakfast included. Parking is now an extra. $20 a night Still a great hotel with lovely employees. Just the way they handled things was disappointing "
