"Sonesta Hotel in downtown Denver was a nice accommodation. Clean and the air freshener scent as you entered the hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Outside pool area was enjoyable. Hotel was located in walking distance of restaurants and shops."

"These items need work, pool was dirty with swim diaper filling and other items in water, the hotel room's sliding glass door to small balcony was thin as we could hear the traffic and sirens all night, and the toilet is very old, wasted water, and we had to hold down the handle to flush. We did have positive experience with staff, as the restaurant was about to close, we were able to order takeout and drinks (to take to the room). "The Executive Suite (the biggest room they offer) was spacious with high ceilings. The bedroom was impressive! The AC wasn’t working right and the maintenance person came to look at it and closed the ticket without doing anything. I called down again and another guy showed up and offered to close the vent in the living area to cool down the bedroom. No thanks. Then somebody brought me two fans. Then I finally gave up and asked to be moved to another room after three nights of sweating and trying...
