"They was very short but we enjoyed our unit it's very clean exceeded our expectations. We plan on staying there again when we're in town again but for a longer stay. Loved the unit and our stay!"

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

"Check in process took forever and they immediately try to sell you on a timeshare because they can’t give you a parking pass at the same desk. They make you go to another desk and then they try and have you sit through a presentation. They weren’t sure if our room was ready even checking in after 4 pm. Our room had ants all over, blood stain on the wall, and the main pirate harbor and kiddie pool were closed but no one told us this when checking in. This was a main reason to stay here. Ended up...
